On purchasing of our products, you will be entitled for first one year free maintenance service. In order to ensure your legitimate right please read the warranty information carefully.

The surveillance devices that you are willing to purchase from us are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use within one year. If the malfunction or failure is a result of defects covered by this warranty, we at its option, repair the appliance free of cost. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser, and is not transferable. It does not cover damage resulting from service by persons other than those authorized by us.

The purchaser will pay for the service due to the following conditions-
1. The device is used over one year.
2. Purchaser does not have Warranty Card.
3. Damage caused by voltage fluctuation, fire, water, lighting, accident or tempering.
4. Damage caused by inappropriate use, negligent operation or abuse.
5. Damage caused by disassembling or repairing, not done by our authorized technician.
6. Damage caused by wrong usage or wrong storage.
7. The fault in software caused by the virus, computer formatting or else.

Maintenance and After Sales Service
We believe in quick after sale service. Late in service means a lapse in security. After the gurantee period, we undertake all of our equipment for annual maintenance contract. Our engineers are dedicated to provide maximum outcome in minimum cost.
